    The GRP-540M-NB provided by ICP DAS is a NB-IoT gateway for Ethernet and serial port. It can be used in M2M application fields to transfer the remote I/O or Modbus data via NB-IoT. Within the high performance CPU, the GRP-540M-NB can handle a large of data and are suited for the hard industrial environment. When connecting with NB-DA Server or MQTT Broker, the user can also control the devices which connected to GRP-540M-NB from the remote control center.

    The NB-DA Server is a software with friendly graphic interface to collect data from ICP DAS IoT devices. It provides four interfaces—Modbus TCP, MQTT, Database, and RAM Disk (.csv file) to let user gets the data. Besides, user can use Modbus TCP command or publish MQTT message to control remote I/O. In the NB-DA Server, user can set multiple stations to collect data in different applications and every station can support 2000 devices online.

    • Easy to establish NB-IoT applications
      With simple web utility, GRP-540M-NB can easily set the connection with NB-DA Server or MQTT Broker. By transmitting data to NB-DA Server, user can easily get the data by using Modbus TCP, MQTT, Database, or .csv file (in RAM Disk). If user wants to simply subscribe data from MQTT Broker, GRP-540M-NB can also publish data to any MQTT Broker.
    • Modbus RTU/TCP device connectivity
      GRP-540M-NB is built-in Modbus RTU/TCP protocol and has Ethernet, RS-232, and RS-485 interface. That can make any Modbus RTU/TCP devices connect to GRP-540M-NB.
    • Simple remote I/O control
      With NB-DA Server, user can use Modbus TCP command or publish MQTT message to update the DO/AO values on the server, and then the GRP-540M-NB will update Modbus devices’ DO/AO values automatically. When connecting with MQTT Broker, user can publish DO/AO message to the topic that subscribe by GRP-540M-NB. If GRP-540M-NB receives the control message, it will reply an ACK message to let the user know its success.
